Encouraging an active and healthy lifestyle is key in Lambeth. We strive to keep our younger members active. Sessions are run at a variety of our gyms 7 days a week. Sessions are aimed at children aged 11-15 years.

We require all users to complete an induction with a member of the fitness team, where your child will be inducted into the safe use of the gym’s equipment. From there, your child can attend any session they wish on a casual basis, or they can take advantage of our junior health & fitness membership.

We have a range of large and small meeting rooms and community halls available for hire, from just a few hours to a full day.

Looking to hold a match? Book one of our large multi-purpose sports halls which are suitable for a variety of activities such as badminton, football, basketball, netball and volleyball. Our sports halls have multiple court spaces for hire, please refer to your centre homepage for more details as court sizes may differ per centre.

Indoor squash courts provide members with a 40 minute session that can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
