Join us this July for a month packed with excitement and fun! We’re hosting free mental health workshops, kids’ Olympic Games and a special racquet sports celebration in honour of Wimbledon. There’s something for everyone—come and get involved!

Mind Matters: Mental Health Workshop, Monday 15 July 🧠
Join Dr. Saaraa Bacchus and NHS Clinical Psychologist Sagal Mohamed for an enlightening and transformative mental health workshop.
Gain valuable insights, practical tools, and strategies to enhance emotional well-being and resilience. Followed by a Q&A session.
