Flaxman Sports Centre had the pleasure of hosting its Pickleball Open Day Event. With Pickleball gaining popularity in the UK, we are thrilled to have included it in our facility.
The sport’s accessibility, which does not require a fitness background, attracted an enthusiastic group of participants who displayed impressive skills even on their first attempt.
Looking ahead, Flaxman plans to introduce Pickleball to local badminton players, gym members, and potentially schools during half-term, aiming to integrate it into local PE activities.
The next Pickleball event is scheduled to take place at Clapham Leisure Centre and Streatham Ice and Leisure in the coming weeks. Keep an eye out for more updates!
