Active Lambeth 2nd Swimming Gala – What a Splash!

We are thrilled to share the success of our 2nd Annual Active Lambeth Swimming Gala, which took place on March 31st at Clapham Leisure Centre. With over 122 participants, the energy, excitement, and spirit of the event were truly unforgettable!

A massive thank you goes out to Deputy Mayor of Lambeth, Cllr Adrian Garden, Cllr Donatus Anyanwu Cabinet for stronger communities in Lambeth, Vivian Mühlemann Head of Operational Delivery for Active Lambeth who joined us as special guests and helped present awards to our fantastic swimmers. Your presence and support made the day extra special.

👏 Well done to all our amazing swimmers – your dedication and effort in the pool inspired everyone watching! Thank you to all the parents and carers who brought the children along and cheered them on from the sidelines – your support means the world.

Behind the scenes, we extend heartfelt thanks to the Clapham Leisure Centre team and our incredible swim teachers, who continually go above and beyond to nurture and encourage our students.

And of course, a huge shout-out to our swim teacher  Dezsi, who once again stepped up to helped manage all the behind-the-scenes admin work – We couldn’t do it without you!

Our Adults Only Swim Gala is coming up on April 27th at Clapham Leisure Centre. Get ready to dive in and show off your skills – it’s going to be a fantastic day just for you!
