Booking a session
This activity is suitable for children aged 7 years and over. Any participants aged under 14 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or designated responsible adult over 18. All session starts promptly on the hour.
Tickets
We offer a range of ticket options including:
- Standard tickets ( must meet minimum requirement of 2)
- Family ticket ( 1 adult & 3 children or 2 adults and 2 children)
- Student / senior ticket (valid during off peak hours only)
- Group tickets ( maximum of 8 players)
When you arrive
You MUST arrive 20 minutes before your booked session to check in and complete any necessary waivers. Failure to check in on time will result in your gameplay time being reduced or cancelled with no refund due.
During your visit you will have access to lockers to store your belongings as bags are not permitted in the games room.
Gameplay
Each session starts on the hour for 45 minutes of gameplay. This allows a smooth change over to take place between bookings. If you wish to have an extended session, this may be possible if the following slot is available. Please check online or ask during check in.
Drinks are allowed in the room but must NOT be taken onto the playing area.
What to wear
We suggest wearing comfortable trainers as the turf may stain coloured footwear, and scuff marks can occur during gameplay.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, refunds are available up to 48 hours in advance.
