Applies weekdays: 9am – 4pm & Saturday/Sunday after 1pm.

Junior Concessionary
If you are 15 years old or younger, and receive any of the following, or any of the following apply, you may be eligible for a Junior Concessionary membership:
- Housing benefit
- Income Support
- Job Seekers’ Allowance
- Working Families Tax Credit
- Carers Allowance
- Universal Credit
- Refugee
- Asylum Seeker
- Foster Carer
From £16.75 per month / £167.50 annual (save over £33.50).
Disability Consession
If you receive any of the following you may be eligible for a disability concessionary membership:
- Disability Personal Independence Payment
- Disabled ID Card
From £24.65 per month / £246.50 annual (save £49.30).
Student 16+
Eligibility (Student): This membership requires proof of eligibility and can be uploaded later via your online account.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Letters from college/university stating you are on a course with the academic year on and full name; OR
- University/college/sixth form ID cards with the academic year on and full name; OR
- Student profile with academic year on and full name; OR
- Acceptance letter from uni/college/sixth form with academic year and full name.
