Believe it or not, it isn’t about running until your legs feel like jelly, its about movement, no matter how big or small. It’s as little as moving when you can, as much as you can, in whichever way you can.
We want to get away from thinking it’s all at once or nothing. It’s not about how much you do at once or that one BIG trip to the gym – once a month, it’s about frequent and daily little steps that over time build up to a lot of movement.
That’s how we keep fit by doing something that fits in with our day-to-day lifestyles in little bite-sized doses. These should be enjoyable, fun, sociable or relaxing and at the end of each session, leave you feeling good in mind and body. This is health and wellbeing.

- Walk outside for 10 mins
- Yoga for 10 mins
- Run for 5 mins
- Jump around 2 mins
- Dance for 5 mins
