Health Talk by Dr Saaraa Bacchus (GP, BSc, MBBS), Kings College London and Barts Medical School graduate, and Surgeon Miss Azka Yousaf (Urology Registrar, MB BChir, MA Cantab, MRCS Eng), Cambridge graduate.
Nutrition Talk
Learn practical tips on eating for optimal wellness with one of our Personal Trainers, plus the option of a free PT session.
Dance Class
A fun, energising session to get your body moving and lift your spirits.
Raffle: Exciting prizes to be won throughout the day.
Hot Buffet Lunch: Enjoy a hearty meal featuring Chicken Soup, Fried Chicken, Rice and Peas, Fresh Fruits for dessert.
