We want to update you on the recent fluctuations in our pool temperatures. Unfortunately, our plant room—which controls heating across the site—has reached the end of its operational life. This has resulted in a mechanical failure that has affected our ability to maintain the usual temperature levels.

We know how important a comfortable and consistent pool environment is, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

The good news is that a brand‑new plant room is currently being installed. We expect it to be fully operational by 2^nd April, which will significantly improve temperature stability and overall reliability across the site.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we complete this essential upgrade. Our team is working hard to ensure everything returns to normal as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, due to ongoing pool temperature issues, we must temporarily suspend all swimming lessons.

In the meantime, we can offer you replacement lessons at the following Active Lambeth sites:

• Clapham
• West Norwood

Please note that sessions are subject to availability across all sites. Alternatively, you may choose to wait and take your replacement lessons at Brixton once normal service resumes.
