We’re excited to introduce our new senior session: The Seniors’ Social Club, held every Monday from 15:00 to 17:00 in the Community Room at West Norwood Health and Leisure Centre.

This weekly session is designed for the senior community (aged 60+) to stay active, social, and connected in a fun and relaxed environment.

What to Expect:

• A warm, friendly atmosphere
• Table tennis and table games
• Lively background music
• Plenty of good conversation and socialising
• A chance to meet new people and enjoy light-hearted competition
