• Homemade West Indian cuisine – taste the flavours of the Caribbean
• Music Bingo – familiar tunes, lots of laughs, and great prizes
• A variety of senior class taster sessions – led by our amazing instructors Sheila and Carol
• Free blood pressure checks provided by the NHS
• Home safety talk delivered by the Met Police
• Raffle draw – £1 per ticket with fantastic prizes to be won
